Application Fatal Error Message

On start up a message pops up under the title "CManager" that says:
"Application Fatal Error: Unable to connect to the CCD process."

What does this mean? and how can I fix it or eliminate the source of
the problem?

Hi,

Most likely a connection manager program for your internet service provider.
Reinstalling or updating the software may help.
