Application Error

When I try to download or access certian Hyperlinks, they
don't work. After I close the browser, this message comes
up:

The instruction at "0x011936dc" referenced memory
at "0x011936dc" The
memory could not be read.

This seems to me like a corrupted memory cluster. If
anyone knows a fix, please help me.
