Application Error

Every time I close ie6.0.2800 I get an ieexplore.exe -
Application Error
The instruction at "0x2b43720" referenced memory
at "0x2b43720". The memory could not be "read"
Click OK to terminate the program

Can anyone help with this problem?
 
I am getting the same error when I open a page in IE so if your hear
anything, I'd like to know as well.
