Can anyone tell me if this is an XP Issue or an
Application Issue for sure?

The instruction at "0x77f58267" referenced memory
at "0x4c205040". The memory could not be "read"."

I'm trying to figure out if this is an error due to my
software or if it is simply an error associated with a
customized form that was designed before upgrading to XP
pro.

I'm trying to figure out if this is an error due to my

What this usually means is that an application tried to read from or
write to an area of memory that is unavailable or not permitted. You
can do a RAM test with Memtest86, which wouldn't hurt, but it would
also be useful to check with the tech support people at your software
mftr.
