Application error

Here is what my error message reads:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)
Could some one PLEASE help me.

Unfortunately that does not tell us much of anything. If you know the
problem is for a specific application then often it helps to reinstall the
application. Be sure to backup any of your data files for the application
first. Usually a reinstall will not delete them but you never know. Using
Event Viewer [part of Computer Management] to look for warnings/errors in
the application log may give you more specific information. --- Steve
