Application Error

I am using TS on a Windows 2000 server, in application mode. When the
users logon to TS and run the Windows application, they get an
unavaliable database connection message. If I logon to the server
directly using one of the users logon\password and run the windows
application it hooks to the db just fine. Do I have to change a
permission so TS can see the db?
