Application Error

On only ONE of the users sites (WinXp Home) this message pops up continually:
RASAUTOU.EXE Application error
The Instructionat0x7c911ec3 referenced memory at0x000de4cd2
the memory could not be "written"
Click OK to terminate the program
It is aggravated when the user trys to sign in to SBC DSL site with their
preferences. SBC appears to be using a type of WinExp along with or
coincident with YAHOO
How may this be repaired or removed???? Tnx Herb
