Application Error : This application cannot run

Hi all

Running XP Home SP1 and with a lot of software that
suggests it's XP compliant I simply get the above error
message when trying to run it. Although I can't guarantee
it, I'm sure some of the software used to run and has now
just stopped. I'm running NAV but even with this disabled
and after running EndItAll2 I still have no joy. Any
clues?

I am getting this same error on several programs that
have run before and on some that I have just installed.

Anyone else run into this? Any one know how to fix it?
