Application Error - Memory Couldnt Be Written

I try to open a program and get this error everytime.

"The instruction at "0x0090d532" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The
memory could not be written.

Click ok to terminate
Click CANCEL to debug. (Which does nothing)...

if anyone could help...
I've uninstalled cleaned the registry restarted and reinstalled but nadda..
