Application Error Event ID: 1000

Migrated from Win NT 4.0 To Win2K Acitve Directory.
Experiencing long login times at other servers and
workstations. Receive the Event Viewer ID 1000 that is
listed below. Have already checked the TCP/IP properties
on the machines experiencing long logins to make sure
these machines are configured for the correct DNS server
IP address. They have the correct DNS server IP
configuration.

Any suggestions?

Check if the ADS has Power Users in any of the GPOs. Also, check if
'EveryOne' user is part of 'Access this computer from network' policy.
If so, replace this with 'Authenticated Users'
