Event 1000

I am getting event 1000 every 2 hours on one of my DC's.
I have had to delete the secedit.sdb several times in the
past to correct similar problems. Herre is the exact error

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 10/22/2003
Time: 1:02:54 PM
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: Servername
Description:
Windows cannot determine the user or computer name.
Return value (1326).

Any suggestions?

This happens if a user right in a policy is being applied to a user or group
that no longer exists. You can enable group policy process logging to find
out which
account or group is doing this. Take a look at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q245422
to enable logging. Check the winlogon.log file for errors to determine
which account is causing the problem. Edit the group policy to remove the
account.
