Deon

Suddenly for the last 2 days when I quit Microsoft Outlook 2003 I get the
message :The instruction at "0x35f844d8" referenced memory at "0x35d5a170".
The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program.

Go to your Application Event Viewer and look for Outlook or Office-related
errors. Include the EventID number, the source, and the message.

Hi Kathleen Hope you can healp.

I have the same problem as Deon this started after MS office downloaded
Microsoft.net framework 3.5 (KB951847)x86 and office genuine advantage
notification (KB949810)en-us
I have looked in the Event Viewer and there is no log of this happening
Hope this helps find a solution
Kindest Regards Alex

My problem started the same way as that of Alex, and there is also nothing in
the Application event viewer. This is very irritating....:-(

Add another one to the list

My parents computer has started doing the same thing in the last few days.
Looks like it is related to the above problems.

Help please!

Hello, I found a solution that works for me.

First empty de the "deleted items" folder.

In outlook go to the menu FILE, Management of data file (where info about PST files are), Properties, click on the one you use, Parameters, then click on compress button.

Wait till it is completed.

Shutdown outlook, wait and restart.

This had resolve issue for me.
