outlook.exe application error

When closing outlook I get an error saying the instruction at "0x7c145b89"
referenced memory at "0x0160eeb0" . The memory could not be "read". click OK
to terminate this program

I had the same error after upgrading to BitDefender Antivirus V10 from BitDefender Professional Plus v9.
Notified the vendor and awaiting reply.
