Applet RSAspProxyApplet notinited error

Hi one of my friend is trying to open some web based application and he is
getting "Applet RSAspProxyApplet notinited" message on the status bar of the
internet explorer, due to this he is unable to view certain fields in the
application. How to fix this problem, he already selected JIT compiler in
Windows 2k machine with IE 6.0
