Apple now worth more than Microsoft

Funny thing is while it states 10% of the world market is Apple, I bet
in North America it is twice that.

1/3rd of the laptops at my work are no Macs of one type or another.
Users want them because they work better. Real push on the budget as
the only thing holding back going 100% Mac is the cost.

Think, if Apple got their costs down to ear even a 10% premium of a
MS-Windblows PC they could overnight put Microsoft in the do house.

If you think Apple is doing this well because of selling Macs. You're
dead wrong. Apple is making their dough by selling iPods, iPads,
iPhones... Macs? Not so much. It wasn't until they started selling all
this other hardware that they started to take off financially. They
finally realized they would never get anywhere in the computer market
and branched out. Smart move on their part.

A little research on what you are saying would clear this up for you!! Mac's
are selling on e-bay at a loss due to the ipad. Apple's share of the
"computer" market as in desktop and laptop will shrink now that they are
using ipad's.

Apple has got its little niche in the world like Google has. That's
about it and MS is not going away. And if you think MS is going away,
then you're just kidding yourself.
