I still have a couple of copies of the compiler manual (complete with
floppies), and an Apple IIe to go with them.

Only 7x14MB = 100MB couldn't it be smaller

Yes, it could.
Print each PDF file to another PDF (eg using FreePDF). It reduces to
about 3MB per, without any obvious degradation. It could probably be
made even smaller.
