Appl Open with Navigation Pane Collasped

My applications developed in Access 2003 all open in Access 2007with the
Navigation Pane Collapsed. That is what I Want...

New applications developed in Access 2007, all open with the Navigation Pane
Expanded.

I want my 2007 application to open with the Navigation pane Collasped, (Not
Hidden).

All my programs open with a splash Screen for about 10 seconds before
loading Main Menu.
