Appending into an existing Table

In Access 2003 I have a template worksheet which I import into an existing
access table using the Wizard. Normally, I highlight the file and check that
the first row are data labels then import or append the new data. Using the
same template, I have tried to append the same data base using the same
template; however, the data base is now converted to Access 2007. I get an
error message" Subscript out of Range".

Kevin,
this sort of error for an import often means that there is a mismatch
between the number and/or name of columns in the excel worksheet and the
number and/or name of fields in the table you are importing into.
If you want to troubleshoot it, import the 1st field only. If that one went
OK, try the next field, eventually you will find which column/field is
causing the problem.
