When I open windows explorer all files are collapsed except My Documents
which is open. I would like explorer to open with only My Computer open.
I remember that the shortcut target needs to be changed but I forget how to
accomplish this. Can someone help? Thanks.

Basically, all you need do is modify the target field of your
Windows Explorer shortcut to point where you want it. In you case,
"%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e ,c:\" (without the quotes) would do the
trick.
