Apparently missing subroutines

Just got a new officially licencesed copy of MS Office Professional 2003 for
use on our new home (and for my wife to work from home) Dell 9100 computer.

Both Word and Office Publisher are showing "GUI error" posings, which
indicate the follwing files / routines are either missing or corrupt - the
list follows below.

If anyone has copies, or knows where inside MS's huge website we could find
copies to download, this would be most useful.
We can the fully migrate to the new system, and finally stop using WinNT4 ....

Incidentally, everything else seems to work OK so far, apart from the
annoying format-change in Address Book, which means data-transfer is going to
be a pain.

dlbtpr.dll does not appear in the listings for office 03 dlls,. nor is it
present on my XP Pro SP1 system.
Perhaps it's part of Dell's software. Is the system a laptop by chance?
