I have an application window that i cannot see unless
i 'maximise' it.
ie. when it is in a resizable mode, it appears to be out
of my screen somewhere, and cannot be seen.

If i right click on the application's tab (via the windows
task bar) and select "move" or "resize" my cursor will
jump to the top of the screen (where it seems to think the
program is), but i'm still unable to 'move' or resize' it
because the app window can't be seen..

I've tried setting my monitor to a higher resolution to
see if i could get to it this way, but it didn't help.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions??

You might try right-clicking the Taskbar and choose 'Cascade Windows'

Or... you could just use ALT-Space-Move (M), and use your
arrow keys to move it... then hit enter when you have it
where you want it.
