App problem on 1 connection only

Hello All:

We have an app running on terminal services and all is well except for 1
or 2 workstations.

Our user is getting "Stuck" once or twice a day. What happens is they
can log into Terminal server, but our app freezes up on start-up.

Other users can go in and use the same app- but this user is stuck until
the server is re-booted.

The app is really solid - all it is doing is creating itself on
start-up. What could be the problem ???

Does this problem happen to particular people or to
particular workstations?

If it happens only on certain workstaions, then try
upgrading the RDP client.
