Aplication Popups

Norton is driving me nuts with popups.
I have followed the following advice, but it does not seem to work:
setting HKLM\system\currentcontrolset\control\windows\errormode to 2 (from
0)

AutoProtect is telling me whenever it finds and deletes a virus. Can you
tell me how to keep it from informing me on every single file?

Gee... if _I_ were getting inundated with virus alerts from my NAV, I'd
want to do more than just shut Norton up!

If you're getting most of these alerts from downloading e-mail, try killing
them before downloading from the server... I use Mailwasher:
