In my computer,there are four type of user such as
administrator,power user,guest& user. The OS is
windows2000. Now i want to control access/use of some
aplication & folder from guest & user. How it is posible.

Put your users in the users group, then if there's something you don't want
them to be able to do, first test that they can. If they can, right-click
the program/folder and set up the permissions.
