apisa32.dll Browser error

Hi,

I am having a problem in internet Explorer. When ever I
open the internet explorer & log on to the Hotmail I get
the Error in (apisa32.dll) & the page will close.

What can i do to fix it. I have Internet Explorer V.6 & I
am using a Lan server.

have you updated outlook and ie with the latest patches.
and if so run spybot search and destroy
safer-networking.org just to be sure some thing is not
interfering.
