APC 600 UPS Modification ?

Hi

I want to use my UPS as a mobile power source. But as it stands I need
to have a mains supply connected to the the UPS to enable it before it
functions.

Does anyone know how to make the APC 600 UPS turn on (be enabled)
without being connected to mains power.

Push the ON button but it will beeping warning you there is no current.
