Apache HTTP Server message

When I reboot our Windows XP Professional pc, I get the
following message: Apache HTTP Server encountered a
problem and needed to close. I can run all of our
programs fine and it does not appear to affect the
performance of the pc. Any suggestions on eliminating
the message? Thanks.
 
Do you use Apache HTTP Server ??? If not go to Start-Control
Panel-Add/Remove Programs and remove Apache HTTP Server... if you use it try
browse it from another computer... and see if it's working.
