How to remove a program not in the Add/Remove list

I was trying out a Bug Tracking software tool which needed Apache to run. I
uninstalled the Bug Tracker but now when my PC boots up and loads everything
I get a message that Apache.exe cannot write to a memory location. Clicking
OK unloads the program.

How do I remove Apache? It does not appear in the Add/Remove Programs list.
Nor does it appear in the Configuration Utility list. I even tried a clean
boot with all of the CU items cleared.

You did not read the original post. There is no entry in Add/Remove
Programs to remove the entry!

I forgot to mention that the Startup program I recommended only let's you
disable the program from starting. The delete button in this program only
deletes the reference in registry, not the program. To remove it, simply
look at the path shown of the program you wish to remove and using this
information find and delete it.

Note the comment I made earlier. Apache.exe is not in the Configuration
Utility nor anywhere else. Therefore it will not appear in the Startup
Control Panel that you have suggested.

My thought is to somehow reinstall Apache and then try deleting it. Now I
just need to figure out how.
