AOL

Hi,
I don't know if this is a AOL problem or a windows problem. I'm using AOL
9.0 and when I sign on and off I get this buzzing sound when the wav plays
when greeting me when signing on and also when I'm signing off. Can anyone
point me in the right directions to fix this problem. Called AOl and their
answer is to reinstall, that seems to be their answer to every problem.

Yes, it is an AOL problem. Nothing that this newsgroup can offer, other than get rid of aol.

That is always the answer of incompetents!

Try a different sound. Does it still happen. If not, the sound file is
corrupted.

rid of AOL and find a whole lot more better ISP.

I'm afraid you'll need to contact AOL's tech support for resolution
of problems with (or caused by) their product; Microsoft has no
control over AOL's product quality (or lack thereof).
