while trying to cleanup unused programs and files, i did a search for aol..33
items were listed taking up alot of kb's..i have never installed aol and
don't intend to..how can i safely delete the aol components?

aol is not listed in add or remove programs..probably because it's never been
installed..i found it in search, there are 2 entries that use around
36,000kbs that help w/installing aol7

delete them and if anything doesn't work restore the from the trash :)

Many PCs come with the installer for AOL, or other major ISP, pre-loaded.
If you chose not to install the software, then you do not need the
installer. Also, if you ever want one, you can get a free AOL (version 9)
CDROM from many PC stores.
