aol live help

gents i cant get live help support running win xp i have
dsl modem it works on all other windows an it works on
cable modem also i have installed java i get the window
put in my name an message an get a grey bar with coffee
cup in corner then it just sits there.i wait 20 min then
nothing .i have downloaded all microsoft up dates .help
thinks.
