Readers of this newsgroup live all over the globe. Which country
do you live in?

Oh, I'm sorry, I though only US English was in this newsgroup.
I am in the United States, in Texas, Houston

Hmmm, how about the Houston Texas, USA, area ?

What's more important is why even ask for a Win2K CDROM in a WinXP News Group ?

Score 1 for David ! :-)

US English ? No !

English speaking ? Yes !

So why are you asking for a Win2K CDROM in a WinXP News Group ?

Just because all of the posts are in English, it does not follow that
everyone lives in the USA.
And, I might add, I live in Fort Worth, Texas, USA. (Not that it matters
much).

If you post in all caps you are considered shouting in a News Group. I don't like being
shouted at !

The fact is, this is a Windows XP News Group not Windows 2000. In effect your post was "Off
Topic" for the subject matter of this group.

Windows 200 questions are asked in a group that supports Windows 2000 such as;
microsoft.public.win2000.general
Please, do not restart a Windows 2000 thread here !

Do you go to the Ford Dealership and ask for a Chrysler Fuel Injector ?
That's basically what you did here and this off the wall, nme calling reply, was
unwarranted.

There are many retailers still selling Win2k. It is still a very
popular OS, even though Microsoft is ending its support in a few
years.

Just Google on "buy Windows 2000 Professional" and you will get many
responses in your browser.

Edgar, you really are an idiot. In addition, you are just as full of
hate as any I've seen in any post on the Usenet.

I wouldn't be talking, if I were you.

By the way, why scream? It is unneeded and completely unwarranted.

I'm not an mvp or a real no it all. But I do think some people really
need to give it up.
We have all learned a lot from people here and need to thank them more
often. If you need software. Buy it.

Well, sorry to all of you, I was searching in national stores (example;
Office Depot, Fry's, Wal-Mart) for a Windows 2000 Disk, but since I did not
found them, I though that there were no more available, until Rock, and
Tallahasee, told me about ebay, so i tried ebay, made my search, and found a
good genuine one, purchased it, and i though it was going to take more time,
but it came so fast a man from ups, signed it, and today, I went to the bank
to pay it.
