I was thinking of Plun sometime in the last few months--I think that I read
that the goat was burned this year... I've just clean installed Windows 7
Release Candidate 64 bit on my main machine, and am still getting things
back to their normal state after. There's a good bit of work involved in
reinstalling all the apps, etc. mail came through just fine, but newsgroups
did not, so far at least. I used the built-in tool to move all the user
profile stuff between the before and after installs, and that worked pretty
darn well, but not perfectly.

Just the one for me as well. :)

I just checked for any updates (here on the east coast of USA) and received
one: update of Malicious Software Removal. That's it. Just that one.

This month, there was a single high priority security update in addition to
the Malicious Software Removal tool. It was for Powerpoint, so if you don't
have Powerpoint installed, you wouldn't see it.

Very nice--no reboot required on almost every machine I touched.
