Anyone noticed this about profile folders?

Anyone noticed that user profile folders lock other users out? - so you cant
look into some other users profile

but even as Administrator, i cant figure out what folder properties control
this lock-out - it doesn't show up in the regular folder properties - anyone
know anything about this?

Yep.

You'd have to take ownership (as the Administrators group) and reset
permissions if you need to get in.
