Anyone know what "debuglog.log is?

I get an error message when shutting down WinXP Pro
that "C:\debuglog.log is not responding" and will be
terminated. At the same time there is a 2 byte print job
listed for COM1:
I have searched the web but only found others with same
problem. Anyone know the source of this mysterious program?

My guess is that debug log indicates that you have debugging set for
some particular program that is crashing and it's further trying to
print the log. What do you have running in the background when you're
trying to shut down?
