Anyone know of partial html capture IE plugin

Hi I am looking for a partial html capture IE Plugin. I used this cool plugin
long time back which allows us to select some content on IE browser & on
right click it shows a option to view it in HTML. I would appreicate if
anyone can point me to that tool.
