Anyone know how to Bestfit a spreadsheet?

Is there any built-in method (no vba) of bestfitting a spreadsheet which
includes merged & wrapped cells?
 
Hi
no. Merged cells cause probelms with Autofit. Without VBA no chance to
adjust this (semi-)automatically.
Best would be to NOT use merged cells at all
