Hi,
Its just that I have bought a cheap IIyama 17" TFT and wondered if it is normal for TFTs to look slightly blueish towards the top of the scren whilst the bottom half of the screen looks normal.
It is only a very slight tint - but I have noticed it.
I am angled correctly at the screen and have used all the settings to ensure it is set up ok.
Any ideas or comments would be appreciated.

Cheers

What has this to do with Windows XP? Whatever the problem is it has nothing
whatsoever to do with Windows.

But I think you hit the nail on the head with "cheap" - that's probably the
problem. You get what you pay for!

Well, it's not normal for good quality displays to do that, but it
may be normal for that brand/model.

Have you tried whatever auto-setup it has? Though it is difficult to
see any way this could arise in the monitor proper; the only explanation
that comes to mind is the analog/digital conversions being slightly off
immediately after the analog flyback.
