anyone here had problems with azureus?

Azureus is fantastic, it downloaded a torrent eventhough the tracker
was down and shareaza wouldn't. But I have a problem with it; the
javaw.exe in the system tray would consume up to 90% of CPU and it'd go
on a frenzy with azureus freezing and the rest of the computer too. I
have the latest versions of java and azureus.

Anyone had the same problem? how did you overcome it? what is the
second best to azureus?

thanks

No direct parctical experience myself, but I've heard that the latest
update to Azareus caused the problem.

For some people it seems as if an update to the latest version of Java
fixed the problem

OK I think I figured out what the problem was; I changed the incoming
downloads directory to a new fresh one and the problem has gone. I
assume it was because previously the incoming downloads directory
contained too many files.
