Anyone heard of Mach Speed Mother board?

Microcenter as a bundle price buy a sempron 2800 + and a Mach Speed MB for
$110 . Also if you open a Microcenter credit card they will give you a $100
rebate with any MB and CPU. Or should I go with a different MB like the MSI
K8MM-V or MSI K8T Neo-V?

I've been waiting 6 months for my $50 credit card rebate from Tire
Discounters. I've sent the paperwork in three times and each time they
claim it was never received. Never count on rebates when purchasing
anything is the lesson I've learned.
