anybody offer data recovery services?

Hi All,

My laptop has a Hitachi 40 Gig internal hard drive that does not boot. It
gives a "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE" error message and the infamous Blue
screen of death. All data recovery services charge in the vicinity of 1000$
and higher. Does anybody offer a cheaper service to recover the data from
the drive. The data is not super critical and I re-built the laptop with a
month old backup. So I am willing to spend some money but not 1000$ or
higher. Any takers??

Check out www.drivesavers.com. I'm not sure what they charge, but they've
been around awhile.

you can try http://www.salvagedata.com , i used them last week very nice service and budget suits on it
