any way to create a re-occurring auto email in Outlook?

Have an EU here inquiring. We are on Office 2003, Exchange 2003 and Win XP.

EU would like to set up so that an email will automatically go out Monday
mornings.

I know you can set a delayed/deferred time to send emails, both in the
"options" of the email or by creating a rule in Outlook. The rule only has a
2 hour time window, and by setting a delayed send on the email itself, the EU
would still manually need to create and set that email to go out. We could
also
set up a re-occurring meeting request, but would prefer an email.

Is there any way to create say, a draft email that will automatically go out
at a set time on a set day and have it be reoccurring?

Thanks,

Jim
