Any Way in FP 2002 to Change Default for Edit Picture?

Is there any way in FP 2002 to change the default for Edit Picture from
Paint to, for example, PictureIt 9?
 
I just changed mine in FP2003. I can't stand the default editor :) 1) Tools
2)Options 3)Configure editors
