Any retail software to copy a movie DVD?

Is any of the software available at retail stores in the US capable
of copying/burning a copyrighted movie DVD?

I am not interested in software available for download from the
Internet.


What about the "free" softwares that come with DVD burners available
at retail stores? Is any of them capable to do the job?
For example the Nero software.

have to get interested in downloading.
