Any pro know this command?

I want open the User object from a command line, of course I've done it
before and can not remember the syntax. Now this would open all users not
just the ones listed in the control panel. (i.e. aspnet user,
ISUR_Computername, etc). Something like rundll32.dll shell32.dll, ?????.

Click on Start > Then Run > Type (without the quotes) "Control
userpasswords2" > Click OK
