any number entered into any cell is divided by 10 ex 1 becomes .01

In Excel 2007, click on Office Button | Excel Options | Advanced
| in the "Editing options" group, uncheck the "Automatically
insert a decimal point" box | OK.

In Excel 2003 or earlier, click on Tools | Options | Edit |
uncheck the "Fixed decimal places" box | OK.
