Any known issues with the ATI AIW 7500 Radeon and nVidia chipset drivers?

Hi-

I'm using nForce 2.45 chipset drivers for an Asus A7N 266 VM board
running Win XP Pro. When I install an ATI AIW 7500 Radeon card, the computer
becomes unstable, rebooting constantly. When it runs long enough, I start
Task Manager and it shows 100% proc usage. This is even before I load the
ATI drivers. I have replaced the RAM, processor, and power supply, and I
have re-loaded Windows at least 10 times.

Are there any known issues regarding this combination?
