Any good logo makers out there?

Do you like the 'waiter' logo?

Hi I have a friend who needs help designing a logo for a disc company (they make CD's) and he asked me to find someone who could help make him a nice logo, he thinks his logo is way too simple which I think is true and is missing a picture and other stuff. So if anyone is interested I'd be delighted if they could make a nice logo for him and send it to me.

Company Name: Disk-It

And if you would also vote on his logo and what you think about it I would be grateful.

I second Ian, however I generally get a professional designer to make my logo and then I theme the site around that one image.

However the latest design I have is entirely designed by me, no frills basic layout, usually works the best.

EDIT: I had a quick stab at a logo, nothing special, took me around 3minutes max, but you can see the difference in that my logo is polished, no rough edges or pixelation.
