Any good flash action script websites

Hey,

I'm working on developing a flash website of my own (thanks to cImrie's generous offer) and I know very little action script. The problem is that GOOD sites cost KACHING money money money and I am looking for FREE so if anyone has a good site that teaches action script in a nice easy to navigate way and preferably video tutorials which I can download too (I tried sites with thousands of scripts on them with explanations but they don't seem to help what so ever) so please again if you know any good FREE website don't hesitate to reply
