Any freeware program to capture audio?

I have an ebook in windows which has some demos it plays from it's site
but they don't allow to download them and keep them locally even tho
it's a paid thing. Any free program to capture the audio? And if
possible, the video too? It uses Windows Media Player within the book
to display the video.
